I've probably missed a bunch of stuff - things like bugs that were fixed in the course of processing user support tickets, stuff where the eventual changes were a smaller part of much bigger design documents that I'd have to comb through to get the details, minor changes we made as a result of email or Skype discussions, things that are still being tested, and so on won't be in here.
